BlueSeries Mail saves you time!

Electronic documents sent by email by just a few keystrokes. Send invoices, statements of account and order confirmations by email and save time, postage, paper and envelopes.

BlueSeries Mail should not be regarded as a substitute for programs like Outlook or Notes. The strength of the product is in the integration with existing ERP systems.

The ‘spooled file Expert’ can "translate" spool files from all ERP solutions and send them as email. If the spool file contains information for multiple recipients
The “expert” will automatically be split the file into separate mails If the spool file contains information for multiple recipients. Missing information e.g. an email address can - via the customer number - be merged from ERP system's database. BlueSeries mail can forward all types of files as attachment. An invoice for example can - depending on needs be submitted in PDF or XML format. BlueSeries mail can also receive mail with attachments. That could e.g. be an XML invoices for automatic processing in the company's own ERP system.

The BlueSeries Mail module does also support FTP for direct file transmission.
 

Easy to use log gives a complete overview

A log provides a complete overview of all incoming and outgoing mail. It is easy to see when a specific email was sent or received and to see the name of the sender and the recipient.

BlueSeries Mail can be combined with the BlueSeries Fax & XML modules.

BlueSeries Mail was originally developed under the brand name; BlueMail - and BlueSeries is the collecting name for the old brand names; BlueFax, BlueMail and BlueXLM.
