BlueSeries streamlines the handling of incoming and outgoing faxes through centralizing and automation on the IBM i™.

BlueSeries can extract information from all types of transcripts, supplement with information from the database and consequently provide basic data in formats such as CSV, EDIFACT, XML and OIOXML.

BlueSeries monitors all print queues on IBM ™ so selected transcripts can be automatically forwarded in different types of formats. Missing transcript information can be added statically or dynamically through database lookups. The communication form and format can be specified individually all depending on the receivers specification.
