InterForm can be implemented without any changes in existing standard systems. InterForm can use an unlimited number of laser and label printers, save PDF files, send emails and more. 

InterForm runs on IBM i ™ (AS/400), which ensures an extremely reliable stable solution and unlimited scalability. The solution can grow along with an increased need for electronic forms and documents in the company.

Design of forms

InterForm graphic designer enables dynamic forms to be designed, easily and quickly. All forms are stored centrally allowing both simple and quick updates. 

Printers

InterForm supports all types of laser printers, deskjet printers, and labels printers. Exceptions are special functions in Windows networked printers. 

PDF files

PDF files can be stored on any server in a directory structure. New folders are created automatically, and the naming of folders of files can be done dynamically by a combination of fixed text and data from the printout. PDF files are compressed to optimize the space requirements of file servers. 

Integrated email

InterForm's e-mail feature allows documents to automatically be sent as an attached PDF file. The e-mail function is prepared for dynamic e-mail texts per document type, language, multiple receivers, etc. 

Spool management

InterForm supports a range of powerful features for processing spool files. There is support for splitting, sorting, merging and re-formatting of spool files. 

Enveloping

Many enveloping machines are supported in InterForm. The print output will be enriched with control codes for envelope machines, so documents are sorted and packed into postage groups. 

Full integration to 3rd party applications

InterForm contains a number of user-exits, which allows integration into other applications.
