    when faced with time consuming tasks,

System & Method offer consultancy assistance in various forms. The most used ones are described below:

Getting Started day
This is an offer for new installations of InterForm400 or BlueSeries. On a getting started day the product will be installed and the customer will get a demonstartion of how the product works based on an actual case from that customer e.g. setting up an invoice. The getting started day is offered as part of our "no-cure-no-pay" package.

Consultancy day
A consultancy day is a firm price offer on all full (6-7 hours) with one of our consultants.
A consultancy day cannot be used for education, however the consultant will explain the possibilities and solutions if requested.

Consultancy assistance
Small assignments that does not require a full day will be invoiced based on time used. Should the assignment require access to the customers AS/400, we suggest that we make a connection to the specific machine or we can send the consulktant to the customers premises. If the consultant goes to the customers premises, transportation will be added to the invoice.

 

Business consultant assistance
Services from a consultant with wide knowledge with electronic documents from a wide range of companies, or services from a consultant or developer with extented technical knowledge.

Service visit
On a service visit the consultant will go through your current set-up and give suggestions for improvement of the solution.

Customer specific seminar
A customer specific seminar consist of one day with 2-6 participants. The seminar can be held either a our or at the customer location.

Standard seminar
Seminar held at our premises in Silkeborg. The seminar is based on generel use of the products.
