Upon agreement with one of our supporters, Remote Support can be activated.

  1. Download Team Viewer Client. PC / Mac
  2. Start the Team Viewer Client.
  3. Tell the auto-generated ID and Password to the Supporter.

System & Method is using TeamViewer for online remote desktop support.
