Pricing per month: 175 USD, 130 EUR or 975 DKK
A ‘Hotline' agreement is mandatory when signing a ‘Developer Support’ agreement.
Minimum signing period is 12 months for both types.
Standard Maintenance Agreement for other licensed products
And all customers are automatically offered to sign up for a Maintenance Agreement, that covers support and upgrades for minimum 12 months. Our support team (Hotline) can be contacted via phone and mail.
The Hotline will assist with:
The Maintenance Agreement does also include upgrades defined as; any new, corrected or enhanced version of the Product as created by Developer. Such enhancement shall include all modifications to the Product which increase the speed, efficiency or ease of use of the Product, or add additional capabilities or functionality to the Product.
Additional Agreement
The hotline will assist with:
A ‘Maintenance Agreement’ is mandatory when signing a ‘Developer Support Agreement'.
This agreement is charged per developer for a 12 months period.
Support without an agreement
Hotline for IceBreak can be invoiced by the hour. It will require a signed order confirmation.
