InterArchive is an electronic archiving solution based on InterForm and PDF technology. Inter-Archive captures spool documents from the ERP application and provides storage, retrieval, security and archiving of those documents.
InterArchive enables efficient distribution of and control over your business document, throughout the organisation. InterAr chive can be used to simplify business processes by automating repetitive procedures and document routing.
Design own PDF-documents
The PDF documents can be designed to match existing requirements to image, profile and design.
Forms can be created directly using the graphic designer within InterForm, which includes full support for graphic elements in TIFF and BMP and text elements with individual TrueType fonts.
It is possible to create and work with attached sub-forms directly from the form. The designer can structure the way the form is build e.g. by handling the item lines in an attached sub-form, which gives a better overview.
With a drag and drop function, the data is reformatted into the final form. The well known Windows-functions like copying, moving, deleting and selecting more than one element are also supported.
Archiving
The spool files are archived in the popular PDF- format. This ensures that the archived files always are available in a standard format, even with a change of platform or operating system
