Pallet Labels
All pallets are equipped with a pallet label. The labels contain information about the supplier, the purchaser, expiry date and location in the warehouse.
The barcode holds information on part number, lot number and quantity.
All trucks in the warehouse are equipped with RF-terminals meaning that all changes of location are registered by scanning the barcodes. This has resulted in an improved data accuracy and easier administration of the warehouse in general.

Order Confirmation
The order confirmation is printed on paper with a pre-printed logo in colour.
The elements in the Coloplast standard design (e.g. fonts, grey-scaling, blue logo) are all featured on the order confirmation.
Coloplast has chosen to use white boxes where information like "quantity shipped" and "lot number" are stated in order to enhance the overall impression of the form.The form is designed in such a way that the white boxes only appear where a product number is stated.
